Italian baby girl names starting with S?

Talked to the psychic yesterday and she said she sees twin girls conceived or find out in April/May 2009...Some of you may not believe in this but I think its fun and just wanna be prepared because I will be starting Clomid this month and it is a possibility...

Sienna is beautiful!!! I think Sienna and Serena would be PERFECT together!!! They're different enough that they don't sound stupid like Tia and Mia but they are similar enough that it's cute!!!!
